MILE PGDM Academic Portfolio :

A management program is all about certifying budding professionals with tons of management knowledge and practical corporate exposure. Designed for practising managers looking to take the step upwards to a strategic role, the MILE PGDM provides a distinctive way of developing your achievements and thinking. At MILE, our AICTE approved full time PGDM program is an array of such management connects. A trimester pattern of pedagogy with six trimesters spread across a two year full time program is a perfect blend of conceptual / theoretical knowledge and corporate exposure. A course offering dual specialization, the first three trimesters of the first year consists of classroom interactions, industry guest lectures, over a dozen plus skill based additional certifications, live industry projects and research assignments etc; and the last three trimesters of the final year comprise a full length minimum nine months of internship period, backed by live projects, assignments, field and research reports and dissertations. Moreover, MILE apart from regular classes and certifications, also conducts regular Tutorial Sessions to support domain knowledge in the students, Remedial Classes for those weak in academics and soft skills and Weekend support Classes to give the best world class academic inputs to all its students.

Faculty Research Work:

The faculty at MILE is extremely gung ho on writing research papers and undertaking research work in association with the industry. Many of them have had established publications to their credit in well known business journals and magazines. Blessed with a sharp research acumen and bend towards exploring new bodies of knowledge, MILE faculty engage in-depth research work with respect to their individual areas of interest and contribute to the larger good of society by continually trying to gain higher and higher thresholds of knowledge.
