Dr. Indrajit Goswami, PhD, brings more than 30 years of extensive experience in teaching, research, curriculum planning, and administration in higher education across public and private universities and B-Schools. Throughout his distinguished career, he has successfully developed, facilitated, and delivered diverse course modules, strategic plans, accreditation self-appraisals, and process improvement initiatives.

In the recent past, Dr. Goswami has held prominent academic roles including Professor-HR & Director-QAA at Universal Business School, Maharashtra, Professor of General Management at Alliance University, Bengaluru, and Professor at Dayananda Sagar University, Bengaluru. Currently, he serves as the Dean - Academics at Lexicon Management Institute of Leadership and Excellence, Pune.

He specializes in Social Research Methodology, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, General Management, and cross-disciplinary areas. Over the years, he has contributed as a speaker and trainer in numerous seminars, conferences, FDPs, and MDPs.
