Anti Ragging Committee
Strict anti-ragging vigilance cell and squad enforcing AICTE anti-ragging regulations. Guarantees 24/7 security, safe onboarding for newcomers, and swift disciplinary intervention.
Internal Committee (ICC)
Constituted under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, ensuring safety, dignity, gender equity, and confidential grievance redressal.
Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC)
A fair, accessible institutional forum dedicated to addressing student academic, administrative, fee, scholarship, examination, and hostel issues with transparent time-bound solutions.
Grievance Redressal Committee for Faculty/Staff (GRC)
Providing teaching faculty, administrative employees, and campus support personnel a confidential, impartial channel for dispute resolution, workplace fairness, and service matters.
SC/ST Committee
Established as per the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act to prevent discrimination, safeguard constitutional rights, and support social equity on campus.
Online Grievance Mechanism
Faculty, Staff, and Students can write directly to the Chairman of the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) and Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) respectively in strict confidence for redressal of their grievances. Lexicon MILE believes in transparency and is committed to resolving any academic or non-academic grievances within stipulated timelines.
