Submission of self-attested scanned copies of documents – As part of the admission confirmation process, you are requested to submit self-attested photocopies of all documents listed in the attached checklist for verification of your eligibility for admission in PGDM Program Batch 2026–28. Kindly ensure that the self-attested scanned copies of these documents are sent on admissions@mile.education

Document Verification on Reporting Day:

1. On the day of reporting to the institute, every student is mandatorily required to submit a complete set of all documents—originals and photocopies (as applicable)—for verification against the scanned copies submitted earlier.
2. Any discrepancy found during this verification process may lead to a review of the admission, and the institute reserves the right to take appropriate action as per AICTE norms. The institute will not be held liable for discrepancies discovered post-verification.

Mandatory Submission of Online Anti-Ragging Undertaking – All students and their parents must submit an online Anti-Ragging Undertaking every academic year. The website link for submission of online undertaking is www.antiragging.in. After completing the submission on the official website, the student must:

• Take a printout of both the undertaking,
• Ensure it is signed and dated,
• Submit the signed scan copy via mail on above mail id and submit original signed copy to the institute on the day of reporting

Please Note:

1. Fees mentioned in this admission offer letter does not include Hostel and Mess fees at Lexicon MILE, Pune
2. Fees is Inclusive of Taxes as applicable (if any)
3. Fees is inclusive of all trimesters Regular attempt fees. If there is a backlog, the backlog exam fees will be applicable as per Examination Policy.
4. Affidavit Requirements – All applicable affidavits must be Executed on stamp paper of 100 or higher, Notarized, and Prepared strictly in the format provided by the Institute
5. Admission Cancellation & Refund
   • It will be as per AICTE norms and guidelines of Admission Cancellation and Refund Policy applicable to Academic Year 2026–27 PGDM Admissions
   • Admission Cancellation application needs to be received in writing via mail or in person.
   • The Institute will strictly follow the admission cutoff date mentioned in AICTE notification issued from time to time
   • The uniform being provided by the Institute is not part of the fees structure and is not charged to the student. It is to be utilized over the duration of the course. If the student cancels admission after measurement of uniform, then the institute will deduct Rs. 15000/- from registration fees and courier the outfit to the students. This deduction is additional with other applicable deductions
