Due to COVID 19 pandemic, 2020 has been unlike any other year for the most but especially for the education sector. While it has been a challenge for the teachers and students all along, the Lexicon Management Institute of Leadership and Excellence has kept the spirit of learning and sharing alive. During the pandemic, it has organized a plethora of webinars for all the stakeholders, general community and students alike.

With the same spirit of propagating the ethos “show must go on“, the spirit of connecting teachers, corporates and researchers and management students on a single platform, it is planning to organize a National Conference in Dec 2020.

Lexicon Institute of Leadership and Excellence is organizing the National Conference on 5th Dec 2020 on a contemporary theme “Business Transformation through Technology& Digitalization” through online and offline mode. The research conference will showcase the original contributions on the aforesaid subject in the areas of Marketing, HR, Finance, and IT. The National Conference is an attempt to bring in all the stakeholders viz business leaders, academicians, research scholars and management students on single platform during this pandemic to share their thoughts and discuss the developments in the field and keep the spirit of learning and sharing high. It has also planned to involve students of high school in an innovative manner to promote the disposition towards the research among them at an early stage. Lexicon Institute of Leadership and Excellence welcomes all to contribute and participate wholeheartedly and in a large numbers to make it a grand success.

Research papers will be forwarded for publication after double blind paper review in Scopus and UGC care listed journals and the papers not conforming to scopus/UGC care will be published in Lexipedia (ISSN2321-6964).
